My name is Alex and I am a senior at Lee’s Summit North. I have always been passionate about conservation, nature, and storytelling, which reflects in a lot of my artwork. I started learning art through drawing and painting, but throughout high school, I have really enjoyed ceramics, printmaking, and other alternative mediums. Ad Art at HCC has been a great opportunity for me to apply practical skills to my work, while rekindling my love for creating and overcoming artistic challenges.
